Commodore's Banquet

Join us as we bring back the annual Commodore's Banquet on Saturday, November 4, from 5 - 9:30PM.

Come socialize with your fellow club members while enjoying a delicious catered dinner.  Racing awards will also be presented during the event. 

All attendees will also be entered into a raffle to win one of our thoughtfully-curated gift baskets.

Cocktail Hour - 5PM
Dinner - 6:30PM

The Club will provide cocktail hour snacks, dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages.  Members are welcome to bring beer or wine.  Please RSVP by October 31, 2023, so we can provide an accurate headcount to our caterer.

A note on booking your reservation: Bookings will require payment before November 4 to complete your reservation. To pay by check rather than online, please choose one of the following methods:

1) Email Amy Burd to RSVP (please include any dietary restrictions that we need to be aware of, we already have vegetarian and gluten-free options planned for our menu);
2) Book your tickets online, and when presented with payment options, click PAYPAL, which will take you to the Paypal login page.  From there, click the CANCEL link underneath the login prompt, which will return you to the QYC website.  You will see an error message but your invoice will have been created in the system.  You can then click here to confirm your tickets, print the invoice, and mail or drop off a check.

We apologize for the multi-step reservation process when paying by check.  Please bear with us as we work to make the Member Portal as user-friendly as possible!  If you have any questions at all about using the portal, please reach out to Amy Burd.
