Youth Sailing - Summer 2022
The Quannapowitt Yacht Club Youth Sailing Program is a fun way for kids ages 8-13 to learn to sail with kids from different communities.
Sailing instructional hours are from 9AM to 12:30PM Monday through Friday.
Sessions for Summer 2022 :
Two Week Sessions
Session 1: June 27th - July 8 (July 4th no class)
Session 2: July 11th - July 22nd
Session 3: July 25th - August 5th
Cost:
$625 per session for non-members, $525 per session for QYC members
**(Session 1: $560 nonmembers, $470 QYC members)
We do offer a limited waiting list - if the session is showing as full, you may still make a reservation and if a spot becomes available, we will be in touch to confirm your child's registration.
The Youth Sailing Program is for ages 8-13 (entering 3rd - 8th grade). For older students, consider our Learn to Sail Program, beginning June 13.
The required FORMS will be sent to you after confirming your child's registration, and are due two weeks prior to the start of the sailing session.
Please note that a copy of your child's physical and immunization records are required and must be up to date within the 18 months of their sailing session. A swim test for first time attendees must be completed and signed by a Certified Lifeguard.
